Kobe Bryant, Kevin Garnett, Tim Duncan Headline 2020 Hall of Fame Class
According to multiple media sources, including the NBA’s own Twitter account, the 2020 NBA Hall of Fame class will be headlined by some of the best players of this generation.
The late Kobe Bryant will be inducted into the Hall of Fame. The Laker legend died in January of this year in a helicopter crash. Over his career, Bryant posted 33,643 points, 6,306 assists, and 7,047 rebounds. He was a five-time NBA champion and an 18-time all-star.
The former first pick overall by the San Antonio Spurs Tim Duncan will also be inducted in this year’s Hall of Fame class. Duncan is also a five-time NBA champion, and was the league’s most valuable player twice. He recorded 26,496 points and 15,091 rebounds over his nineteen-year NBA career.
Kevin Garnett is the final headliner of this year’s class. Garnett recorded 26,071 points and 14,662 rebounds over his storied career. He won an NBA championship with the Boston Celtics in 2008, is a fifteen-time all-star, and won both the NBA MVP award and the NBA Defensive Player of the Year award.
